Peer Review Process

Peer Review Process

The Journal of Management in Educational Practice is committed to a rigorous and fair peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of all published articles.

Submission and Initial Screening

Upon submission, all manuscripts must adhere to the journal's focus, scope, and author guidelines. The editorial team first screens submissions to ensure they meet the journal's academic standards and possess scientific merit. We also use plagiarism detection software, such as a Plagiarism Checker, to check all submissions for originality.

Double-Blind Peer Review

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two expert reviewers for a double-blind peer review. This process ensures the anonymity of both the author and the reviewer, allowing for an unbiased evaluation. Reviewers provide valuable scientific feedback aimed at improving the manuscript's content. Authors can typically expect a decision or an update on the status of their manuscript within two months. If revisions are requested, the corresponding author is expected to resubmit the revised manuscript within two weeks.

Final Decision

The final decision on acceptance is made by the Principal Editors, who consider all feedback from the peer reviewers. In line with our publication ethics, all manuscripts are treated with strict confidentiality throughout the review process. The Editor-in-Chief determines the final publication order of accepted articles, taking into account factors such as the date of acceptance, the geographical distribution of authors, and thematic issues.
